Who we are

What you're buying
The Starter Pack is a digital download: a PDF guide and spreadsheet templates. Nothing ships in the mail. You get it right after payment on the thank-you page, plus a copy of the link by email.
How you can use it
- Yes: use the playbooks, prompts and templates for your own brand, as often as you like. Copy prompts into any AI tool. Edit the templates.
- Yes: share it with people who work on your brand with you.
- No: resell it, post it publicly, or pass it around to other brands. One purchase is for one brand.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the Starter Pack page and at checkout, in US dollars. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax may be added at checkout where the law requires it.
Refunds: 14 days, no hoops
If the pack doesn't help, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying, from the email you used at checkout. We'll refund you in full, to your original payment method. You don't need to explain why. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Updates
You get free updates to version 1 of the pack for 12 months from when you buy. We'll email you when an update is ready.
What we can and can't promise
- The pack is general guidance for running wholesale with AI tools. It isn't legal, tax or financial advice.
- We can't promise orders, sales or results. Those depend on your product, your stores and many things outside our control.
- AI tools can make mistakes, and their features and prices change. Always check what the AI gives you before you use it. Each playbook includes a check list to help.
- Tool names (ChatGPT, Claude, Grok Bot and others) belong to their owners. We're not affiliated with them.
Your part
You decide what you send to buyers and you send it yourself. Follow email rules when you contact stores, like using your real name and business address and honoring "please stop" requests. The FTC's CAN-SPAM guide covers the US basics.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any claim about the pack is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We use your email to deliver the pack, send updates and answer you. See our privacy page.
Changes and law
If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after the change. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
